Delete your account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Peak Mind Coach and sign in.
2. Go to Settings and choose Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your sign-in and account data are deleted right away and you are signed out.

On the web: sign in at app.peakmindmechanics.com/settings and use Delete Account at the bottom of the page.

Without the app

If you can’t sign in or no longer have the app, email Info@Peakmindmechanics.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Account deletion request”. We verify that the request comes from the account owner before deleting anything, acknowledge it promptly, and complete it within 45 days.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in, profile, assessments, readiness and health readings, tool and coaching history, journal entries, goals, events, messages and connections.
• Photos and audio you stored with us.
• Any web (Stripe) subscription is cancelled as part of the deletion.

Copies in backups and at our service providers are removed on their normal rotation cycles. A small set of records is kept where the law requires it or as described in our Privacy Policy (Section 9) — for example, records of the consents you gave.

App Store and Google Play subscriptions

Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play are billed by Apple or Google, and we can’t cancel them for you. Cancel them in your device’s subscription settings so you aren’t charged again — deleting your account does not stop store billing on its own.

Only want to remove some data?

You can delete individual items in the app, export your data from Settings, and turn off any optional data-sharing or research scope at any time without deleting your account.
