The Leader plan includes full personal access to the ReFrame System plus a dedicated Leader Portal for observing paired performers, rating deployment, pushing tools and visualization scripts, and managing groups. Paired performers are automatically promoted to ReFrame System access — your subscription covers their access as long as they’re connected to you.
Start with the PMM Technician (L1) certification at $199 one-time. Complete 7 modules with AI-scored exercises, then pass the written exam, case presentation, and client simulation. Once your L1 is issued, you can subscribe to the Engineer Portal ($149/mo). Advance to PMM Engineer (L2) after 12 months and 100 logged hours, and to PMM Senior Engineer (L3) after a further 24 months and 300 hours. Any Leader can pursue certification separately — holding an active credential adds Engineer Portal access on top of Leader capabilities.
